For multi-user firms**, our architecture allows for MULTIPLE team members to be assigned to MULTIPLE clients and vice-versa. Within a VERIFYiQ team, there are three different types of users:
ADMIN:
For firm owners and IT administrators. Admins:
Can add or remove any user
Can see all clients in the practice
Can assign any client to any number of users
MANAGER:
For leaders overseeing a group of team members and their subset of the firm's client base. Managers:
Can invite other Managers and Associates to join the team.
Can remove Associates but CANNOT remove other Managers or Admins
Can only see and handle the clients they are assigned, or clients that they add.
Can only assign the clients that they themselves are assigned.
ASSOCIATE:
For individual contributors working exclusively on their set of clients. Associates:
Can only see and handle the clients they are assigned, or clients that they add.
Have no user management access.
