HOW DO I DISCONNECT FROM XERO?
In the top right of every file review, there is a "disconnect" button that severs the connection. Also, after several months of inactivity, the connection automatically expires.
WHEN AND HOW DOES DATA SYNC OCCUR? Is it manual, automatic, on login, in real-time? Are there any settings related to synchronizing?
VERIFYiQ scans of your Xero file are single "snapshots" at a specific point in time. There is no ongoing refresh of this reporting. Scans are triggered two ways by a user:
Beginning a new file review for a new period / date range; and
Clicking "Re-Scan" in any active file review:
WHAT DOES THIS INTEGRATION NOT DO?
VERIFYiQ will never write to your Xero client file, nor will it change any configuration settings in Xero. We are a read-only, one-way sync as a reporting and analysis tool.
